3. Infoproducts

LuxeFlatSearch offers digital guides and reports covering market insights and neighborhood analyses. Upon purchase, you will receive download instructions via your account dashboard.

4. Goods

We may offer printed materials such as bespoke property catalogs, maps, or branded merchandise. All items are shipped from our Singapore office.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Luxury Real Estate Services

You may cancel scheduled consultations or viewings up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full reimbursement of any fees paid. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for reimbursement due to the exclusive allocation of our experts’ time.

5.2 Infoproducts

Requests for a full reimbursement of digital guide fees must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and only if the content has not been downloaded or accessed. Once the material is delivered, no reimbursement is available.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the item price within 7 business days.

6. No-Reimbursement Services

Exclusive off-market property sourcing and fully customized search solutions require substantial resource dedication and are non-reimbursable once confirmed. This policy ensures our specialists commit the required attention to each unique assignment.

7. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services or viewings without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur an additional fee or may not be possible, subject to availability.
